Factual statements from poetry

- Learn to say "I don't know." Know your stuff. Little acorns don't grow into mighty oaks in the desert.
- A street guy who cannot hide his wisdom is definitely a fool.
- When you are unsure, close your mouth and open your wallet very carefully.
- A woman who is after your wallet will laugh at all your jokes.
- A leopard may lose its teeth, but it can't change its spots.
- You can never buy a politician or policeman, but you can rent them.

You can never offer good service if you've never experienced it yourself. Service is not just service in a country with a history such as South Africa. It can also be about politics of who serves and who eats; who has to say please and who has to say thank you; the one who is paid or the one who is fed.
